1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and cuci66 ("Company", "we", or "platform"). These Terms govern your use of the cuci66.my website, mobile application, and all related services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the cuci66 platform immediately and do not register an account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Cuci66 operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online betting activities is lawful under their local laws.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use cuci66's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or a legal permanent resident of Malaysia.
• Has never previously held a cuci66 account that was terminated or suspended.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period, whether self-imposed or imposed by cuci66.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. cuci66 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

3 User Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) cuci66 account only. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is a serious violation of these Terms. cuci66 employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs through your account, whether or not you were aware of it.
• Notify cuci66 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring your account information is always up to date and accurate.

Cuci66 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

A cuci66 account is for personal use only. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in its immediate closure and the forfeiture of all remaining balances.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All transactions on the cuci66 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cuci66 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our players:

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your last deposit unless there is a technical reason preventing this. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 30,000 for standard accounts and RM 100,000 for VIP Diamond members.

Cuci66 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond cuci66's control.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

Cuci66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to our members. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. The general conditions applicable to all cuci66 bonuses are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus (150%): Available to new members on their first deposit only. A minimum rollover of 10x the total deposit plus bonus amount is required before withdrawals are permitted.
• Weekly Cashback (10%): Calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period. Credited every Monday and must be used within 48 hours.
• Referral Bonus: RM 30 for every friend you refer who makes a minimum deposit of RM 50. No limit on the number of referrals.
• Daily Reload Bonus (30%): Subject to a 5x rollover and can only be claimed once per day.

Cuci66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, opposing bets (arbitrage), or other fraudulent methods — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.

The cuci66 VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Upgrading to a higher tier unlocks additional benefits including higher cashback, increased withdrawal limits, and access to exclusive promotions. VIP tier is determined by cumulative bet volume over a 30-day period.

6 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on cuci66 are subject to the following rules, which every player must understand before starting any gaming session:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the cuci66 system are final and cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances as defined herein.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during a game session, cuci66 reserves the right to void or suspend affected bets and refund the original stake amount to the player.
• For Sports Betting, if a match is postponed or cancelled after it has started, cuci66 will refer to the relevant sport's rules to determine the settlement of bets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and account tier. These limits can be viewed within each game's interface.
• Cuci66 reserves the right to limit or reject any bet where there are signs of market manipulation or suspicious activity.
• Cuci66's decision on all betting-related matters is final and binding.

For live casino games, all rounds that have started and been completed are considered valid even if the player experiences an internet connection issue. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing.

7 Identity Verification (KYC)

As a responsible platform, cuci66 adheres to strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Identity verification may be required in the following situations:

• When submitting a withdrawal request for the first time.
• When cumulative withdrawals exceed a certain threshold.
• When unusual activity is detected on an account.
• When cuci66 suspects a user's identity or the possibility of fraud.

Documents that may be required for KYC include:

• A clear and valid copy of your MyKad or Malaysian Passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months).
• A screenshot or account statement from the e-wallet or bank account used for the transaction.
• A selfie with your MyKad if requested by the cuci66 verification team.

All KYC documents are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with cuci66's Privacy Policy. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze until verification is completed.

8 Prohibited Activities & Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cuci66 platform:

• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's name, address, or personal information without their consent.
• Money laundering: Using the cuci66 platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting the bonus system through multiple accounts, systematic opposing bets, or other dishonest methods.
• Use of unauthorised software: Using bots, automated scripts, or unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Market manipulation: Any attempt to influence bet outcomes through unauthorised means.
• Threats & harassment: Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards cuci66 staff or other players.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access another player's account, system, or database without authorisation.

9 Responsible Gaming

Cuci66 believes betting should be a source of entertainment, not stress or financial hardship. We are committed to supporting players who may be experiencing issues related to their betting habits.

Self-management tools available to all cuci66 members include:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limit: Set your own limit on how much you can deposit within a given time period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount before the system automatically stops your betting activity.
• Session time limit: Set a maximum time limit for each playing session.
• Cool-off Period: Suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Close your account permanently or for a minimum period of 6 months.

• Sharing necessary data with trusted third-party payment providers to process your transactions.
• Sending marketing communications related to cuci66 promotions and offers (you may unsubscribe at any time).

11 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Cuci66 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, disruptions, or outages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cuci66 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Loss of profits, income, or business opportunities related to the use of the platform.
• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment providers.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Data loss resulting from technical failures beyond cuci66's control.

Cuci66's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that player within the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Cuci66 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on cuci66.my. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or in-platform notifications.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the cuci66 platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through final negotiation and, if necessary, through binding arbitration in Malaysia.
